Hello DJ's and Listeners,

CSMBC/MIR will be providing music and sound for the Night at the Museums Free Admission evening the Golden History Center will be hosting this Saturday November 5th from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The center is showcasing an exhibit called "Turn It Up: Golden's Musical Memories" and there will be a lot of fun facts and activities relating to Golden and the development of music in the Rocky Mountain area. The event is sure to be enjoyable and it it would be nice to show some MIR support for the local Golden area. We will also be broadcasting the event over on our Sports/Events channel if you would like to listen at home. So feel free to stop by the Golden History Center located near Clear Creek and and say hello to some of our DJ's working the event.

Mines Internet Radio will be providing a live feed on our Sports channel for the Student Government Debate 2011! This event will occur from 5pm - 7pm MST tomorrow (Wednesday) March 23. For more information, here is the Debate poster.

Hey Listeners!

It’s time for a new Semester, and a huge load of new shows! Be sure to stay tuned for the new schedule next week! Shows begin broadcasting Sunday, January 23th!

The schedule for Sports Broadcasting will be posted soon, and the recordings of past broadcasts will (hopefully) be available in three weeks under the Sports tab.

Hey Listeners!

As you may have noticed, our off-show music broadcasts are currently not working, thanks to our file server tanking itself. You will still be able to listen to live shows, as well as sports broadcasts, but for now we have no back-up music.

As soon as our replacement equipment comes in, we'll be back up and running.

**UPDATE: We have a temporary fix in place, so you should be able to listen to some music, but we are not at 100% yet. Watch for an update soon.

We're ready to start another semester here at Mines Internet Radio, so we hope you're ready for some great shows! Starting next week (September 6th), we will be bringing back some great shows, and hopefully starting some great new ones!

Also be sure to check out our live Sports Broadcasts (we'll have a schedule posted soon) throughout the semester, you might even hear some brand new voices!
